Blue Ridge Pottery Pattern Identification
Waltz Time

One of the loveliest of the Blue Ridge floral patterns, Waltz Time depicts a bouquet of lovely garden flowers painted on the Colonial-shaped dinnerware. Dot-and-dash edge was painted in both a soft blue and in an aqua blue in this pattern; we specify the color of the border on a particular piece in our descriptions. Definitely a must-have for your collection!

One of several floral patterns with the blue dot-and-dash border. Negatha Peterson, a former artist for for Southern Potteries has told us that the flowers in all of these patterns with this border were painted from a large English floral platter with the same style border! Some other patterns with a similar border include:
LeShay, Grandmother's Garden, Nove Rose, Rose Marie, and Summertime.
